Configuring access rights for the Kronomail user
In order to create new documents and files in Project Portal for email messages and their attachments, the system uses a special user name kronomail. This user should have been created by a system administrator when the Kronomail add-on was installed. The user must manually be granted sufficient access rights.
To configure access rights for the Kronomail user:
- Find the user named kronomail in the System Users list in installation settings. If you cannot find the kronomail user, create it or contact a system administrator.
- Add the kronomail user to the Workspace Users list.
- Create an access group named Kronomail as described in Creating, editing, and deleting access groups and add the user kronomail to the group.
- In the default access profile, grant the Create right in the Folder contents group to the Kronomail user group as described in Creating, editing, and deleting access profiles.
